Regina Murphy serves as the Director of the Community Impact Division at the United Planning Organization since June 2014, where responsibilities include leveraging collective impact theories to address poverty and supporting legislative changes. Previously, Regina held the position of Director of Community Planning and Research, overseeing city-wide initiatives and presenting needs analyses to potential funders. With a long history at the organization that began in October 1982, Regina's earlier roles included ensuring compliance as a Compliance and Evaluation Analyst I and supervising the Child & Adult Care Food Program. Regina holds a Master of Business Administration in Global Management from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Talladega College, along with a high school diploma in Accounting and Business/Management from Sacred Heart Academy.
