Monique L. Poydras serves as the Vice President and General Manager at Cornerstone Concilium, Inc. since November 2015 and has been a Board Member at the Transportation Diversity Council since January 2011. Additionally, Monique L. Poydras is a Board Member for the UPO INSPIRE Foundation and previously held the position of Senior Consultant at PRM Consulting from August 2014 to October 2021. Earlier experience includes roles such as Chairperson of the Program Committee at the United Planning Organization, Director of Operations for State and Local Government at ANGARAI, and Chief of Staff in various departments for the Government of the District of Columbia. Monique L. Poydras’ career also includes serving as Legislative Director & Liaison for the Metropolitan Police Department of the District of Columbia. Educational qualifications include a Juris Doctor degree in Government and Public Safety from Howard University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Political Science from Howard University.
