Bülent Layık has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Bülent joined United Payment in 2021 and currently holds the position of Tahsilat ürünleri Kıdemli Direktörü - Head of POS and Collection Solutions. Prior to that, they worked at Payten from 2018 to 2021 as a Business Development and Account Manager. From 2015 to 2018, Bülent worked at PayU, where they held the positions of Senior Key Account Manager and Business Development and Key Account Manager. Bülent also has experience working at Abalıoğlu Holding, Açıkkart Teknolojileri ve Ödeme Sistemleri Sanayi Ticaret A.Ş as an İş Geliştirme Yöneticisi, Boyner Group, Back-Up as a Kurumsal Satış Yetkilisi, Alarko Tourism Group as a Satış ve üyelik Hizmetleri Temsilcisi, KREA Direct as a Proje Yöneticisi, and DMPartner Doğrudan Pazarlama ve İletişim A.Ş as a Takım Lideri. Bülent Layık has a diverse educational background. Bülent obtained a Bachelor's degree in Automotive Engineering Technology/Technician from Marmara University, graduating in 2008. Prior to that, they attended Istanbul Technical University from 2002 to 2004, although the degree and field of study are unspecified.

In 2010, Bülent Layık pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Business Management from Beykent University. Bülent completed the program in 2011.

In addition to their formal education, Bülent Layık has also obtained two certifications.
