Mr Foo joined UOB in 2011. He was appointed President and CEO of UOB (China) in December 2016. Prior to this, he served as President and CEO of UOB (Thai) from 2012. He was also previously the Head of the Groupā€™s Treasury and Global Markets business for its overseas subsidiaries and branches. Mr Foo holds a Bachelor of Estate Management (Hons) from the National University of Singapore and is a Chartered Financial Analyst. He has more than 30 years of experience in managing banking and financial markets businesses.
