Chase Cassidy is an experienced finance professional specializing in relationship management and debt origination. Currently serving as a Relationship Manager at UOB since September 2024, Chase is responsible for origination of new business, loan documentation, due diligence, and managing a loan portfolio. Previously, Chase held positions at DRA Advisors as Finance - Debt Originations, where responsibilities included analyzing and negotiating loan documents and sourcing debt. At Landesbank Baden-Württemberg, Chase was a Relationship Manager focused on real estate lending in North America, while earlier roles included Senior Credit Analyst at M&T Bank and Real Estate Credit Analyst at TD/Commerce Bank. Chase began a career in finance at Empire State Development Corporation and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Georgetown University and a Master of Science in Real Estate, Finance & Investments from New York University.
