Jim Gonzalez is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in network management and systems engineering. Currently serving as Corporate Systems Manager at United Online since March 2008, Jim has previously held key positions such as Technical Services Manager at Pacific Medical Centers and Director of Networking at Course Technology (Thomson). Jim's expertise encompasses network design and integration, data center management, project management, and process reengineering. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Business from the University of New Hampshire and a BS in Information Systems from Strayer University.
