Patient And Family Community Administrator at United Network For Organ Sharing

Desiree Tenenbaum serves as a Patient and Family Community Administrator at the United Network for Organ Sharing (UNOS) since August 2017, holding various roles including Contract Portfolio Specialist, Program Manager, and Regional Project Administrator. Prior to this, Desiree worked as a Meeting Planner at UNOS for a brief period in early 2017. Between April 2010 and November 2015, Desiree was the Outreach & Administrative Coordinator at the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond, focusing on diversity, inclusion, and financial literacy initiatives. From 2005 to 2010, Desiree managed guest services at Lewis Ginter Botanical Garden, overseeing visitor services and event rentals. Desiree holds a BS in Business Administration and Management from Virginia Commonwealth University and completed military training in Counterintelligence at the U.S. Army Intelligence Center and School.
