Rameshwar Balanagu currently serves as the Chief Enterprise Architect in the Office of the CTO at UNFI since July 2023, where responsibilities include launching technology visions and driving operational transformation for a $30 billion logistics company. Previous roles include serving as an Executive Advisory Board Member at LeanIX, a member of the Forbes Technology Council, and a Fractional CTIO for various startups, notably securing millions in Series A funding for an automobile startup. At Avaya, Rameshwar was the Head of Enterprise Architecture, leading digital transformation and winning an SAP Innovation award. Early career experience spans positions from Solution Architect at NCH to Software Engineer at Intiqua India. Rameshwar holds an MBA in Information Technology from The University of Dallas and advanced education from Carnegie Mellon University and Columbia Business School.
