Jennifer Aguirre has a strong background in human resources, with their most recent role being Vice President of Human Resources at UNFI. Jennifer has held various positions within the company, including HR Director, National HR Director, Regional HR Manager, and HR Manager. Prior to their time at UNFI, they worked as an HR Manager at Quality Bicycle Products and held the role of HR Assistant at The Phoenix Residence. Jennifer also has experience as an HR Manager at Quad Graphics.

Jennifer Aguirre completed a Mini MBA Program at the University of St. Thomas in 2014. Jennifer earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from the University of Minnesota Duluth between 1998 and 2003.
