Achim Steiner is an experienced individual who currently works as the Administrator of the United Nations Development Programme. Prior to this role, Achim served as the Executive Director of the United Nations Environment Programme Finance Initiative (UNEP FI) from 2010 to 2016. Additionally, from 2009 to 2010, Achim was Vice Chair at The China Council for International Cooperation on Environment and Development (CCICED). Achim holds a Master's degree in international development and environmental policy from the University of Oxford.
