Nicholas Koiser is a Unified Communications Specialist at the United Nations Office at Nairobi, where expertise includes the operation and management of the Unified Communications System since February 2010. Previously, Nicholas served as a Senior Systems Engineer at Seven Seas Technologies, focusing on the design, implementation, and support of network solutions from July 2008 to January 2010. Earlier experience includes a role as a Systems Engineer at OpenView Business Systems, where responsibilities encompassed pre-sales, routing, switching, and network support from May 2007 to June 2008. Nicholas holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from The University of Nairobi (2014-2016) and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (2003-2007).
