Glenn Mallette has extensive experience in managing and leading technical teams in various organizations. Glenn has held positions such as Chief Technology Officer at the United Nations, where they managed a team supporting the delivery of services to over 221,000 contributors and retirees. Glenn also served as Head of CIS Support at the NATO Communications and Information Agency, where they reorganized ICT teams and developed service level agreements with customers. Glenn's previous roles include Head of ICTM Operations and Chief of Information Technology at NATO and NACMA respectively, where they improved service delivery and implemented ITIL and PRINCE2 practices. Glenn also served as Chief of Information Technology at OSCE, where they managed the deployment of updated server and desktop infrastructure. Earlier in their career, Glenn worked as Chief of Communications and Information Systems at Multinational Force & Observers and as Information Systems Manager at Hochelaga Aerospace Inc.
Glenn Mallette obtained their MBA in Business Administration from NIMBAS, Bradford - Graduate School of Management from 2001 to 2002. Prior to that, they attended St. Lawrence College from 1981 to 1985. During their time at St. Lawrence College, they obtained three degrees. Glenn earned a degree in Mechanical Engineering Technologist, specializing in Mechanical Engineering. Additionally, they completed a degree in Marine Engineering Technologist, specializing in Marine Engineering. Lastly, they obtained a degree in Computer Engineering with a focus on Process Control Systems.
