Remi Beek is a dedicated health education professional currently serving as the Team Leader for the health department at the United Nations International School since August 2022. In this role, Remi organizes meetings, updates curricula, and oversees K-12 health material. As a Health Educator, Remi teaches diverse topics across middle and high school classes. Previous experience includes being an Alumni Committee Member and Content Writer for Women and Youth Supporting Each Other, a Gender and Sexuality Educator at The School at Columbia University, and various internship roles focused on sexual and reproductive health. Remi holds a Master's degree in Public Health from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree in Liberal Arts and Sciences from Tulane University.
