Paulina Tandiono currently serves as a Human Rights Officer at the United Nations Human Rights since June 2019, providing support to the Special Rapporteur on the sale and sexual exploitation of children. Previous roles include leading consultative processes for the World Programme for Human Rights Education and coordinating various human rights education initiatives. Paulina also supported Myanmar and Lao PDR files during a temporary assignment, organizing a panel on the Rohingya situation. Prior experience includes positions at UNHCR, the International Commission of Jurists, and GlobalGiving UK, along with internships at various legal and human rights organizations. Paulina holds a Master’s Degree in Human Rights from The London School of Economics and a Bachelor’s Degree in International Law from Universitas Sumatera Utara.
