Dalia Grinfeld serves as the Associate Director for European Affairs at the Anti-Defamation League, having previously held the role of Assistant Director. Since October 2022, Dalia has also been a Fellow at the United Nations Alliance of Civilizations, focusing on intercultural dialogue and diversity. Dalia co-founded and presided over the JSUD, representing 25,000 Jewish students and implementing advocacy strategies and programs. Prior experience includes serving as a Policy Advisor for the Council of the European Union, where Dalia worked on education and migration policies, and a traineeship at the Swiss Federation for Jewish Communities, which involved governmental affairs strategies. Earlier roles include President and Program Director at BJSB e.V., Research Fellow at the Heidelberg Institute for International Conflict Research, and an internship with the U.S. Department of State. Dalia holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Government from Heidelberg University and has studied abroad at Reichman University and the University of Buenos Aires.
