Beau Charbonneau currently serves as a Rural/Residential Loan Officer at United Ag Lending and a Residential Loan Officer at United Mortgage since April 2023, focusing on helping clients purchase homes, land, and hobby farms. Beau is the owner of Blue Horseshoe since January 2016 and previously worked as a Loan Consultant at New American Funding from February 2020 to January 2023, and as an Associate Sales Manager at BBMC Mortgage in 2018, where Beau successfully recruited and trained new loan officers, contributing significantly to revenue growth. Between 2008 and 2017, Beau held the position of Team Lead/Loan Consultant at Mortgage Lenders of America, becoming a consistent top performer within the company and assisting hundreds of clients with their loan needs. Earlier experience includes working as a Realtor at Reece & Nichols Realtors and as a Sales Supervisor at Sprint. Beau is currently pursuing an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University.
