Shannon Hay has extensive experience in the banking and finance industry, particularly in SBA loans for accounting and tax professionals. Shannon has held positions in various banks, including United Midwest Savings Bank, Live Oak Bank, United Community Bank, and Bank of America. Shannon has expertise in accounting firm acquisitions, partner buy-outs, debt refinancing, and commercial real estate. Shannon has also worked with CPAs, brokers, and consultants to meet the specialized demands of the industry. Additionally, Shannon has managed teams and implemented strategies to assist customers with practice transitions and loan modifications. Shannon began their career in collections management for American Express Small Business Solutions and Commercial Freight collections.

Shannon Hay attended Columbus State Community College from 1991 to 1993, where they earned an Associate's degree in Arts.
