Suk Hwa Ham is a software engineer currently employed at Bluu, Inc. since August 2018, where a significant contribution includes achieving L3 certification for the company’s payment gateway and developing payment prevention logic that has drastically reduced duplicate transactions. Prior experience includes an internship at PRINT BE, where collaborative efforts led to the design of a chatbot for automated customer service, and a teaching assistant role at Stony Brook University, focusing on object-oriented programming tutoring. Additional technical experience includes a position as a technical intern at LG Electronics, providing software support, and serving as a squad leader in the Republic of Korea Army, where responsibilities included acting as an English interpreter. Suk Hwa Ham holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from Stony Brook University, completed in 2018.
