Dave Flagler has a diverse work experience spanning various Jewish organizations and educational companies. Dave most recently held the position of Director of Camp and Teen Engagement at the United Jewish Federation of Tidewater, Inc. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Camp and Youth Programs at the Stroum Jewish Community Center of Greater Seattle. Dave also worked as the Director of Jewish Family Programs and Outreach at the Jewish Community Alliance. Additionally, they have experience as an Assistant Director at Camp Young Judaea Midwest and as a Camp Director and Assistant Youth Director at the Salt Lake City Jewish Community Center. Earlier in their career, Dave worked as a Marketing Associate at Endstream Communications and as a Birthright Field Coordinator at IsraelExperts. Dave also worked as a free-lance educator at Mashkochit, where they developed and facilitated educational seminars for the Jewish Agency's long term MASA programs. Prior to that, Dave served as a Branch Coordinator for the Israeli Scouts and as a Music Specialist at Camp Kimama Israel.

Dave Flagler has a Bachelor's degree in General Business with an emphasis in Education from the University of Florida, which they obtained from 2001 to 2004. Dave also obtained a Master's degree in Non-Profit Management from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem from 2008 to 2010.
