Virginia Stagni currently serves as Chief Marketing Officer and Country Head of Communications for The Adecco Group in Italy since September 2023. Simultaneously, Virginia is an Aspen UK Rising Leaders Fellow at The Aspen Institute, an Advisory Board Member for The Female Lead and United Italian Societies, and was Head of Business Development at the Financial Times until September 2023. Virginia has a background in developing innovative business strategies for attracting young audiences and has previously been a Visiting Professor at LUISS Guido Carli. Virginia is also the founder of Good Saints LTD and co-founded Bolognadasballo. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Media and Communications from The London School of Economics and a Bachelor's Degree in Economics & Management from Università Bocconi.
