Allison Ferguson has a diverse work experience in the marketing, branding, customer service, and graphic design fields. Allison is currently employed as the Marketing Director at United Industries UltraBoard since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Marketing and Brand Manager at SightLine Display from August 2021 to August 2022. From 2014 to 2021, they held multiple roles at Gilson Graphics - Grand Rapids, MI, including Creative Team Lead & Structural Designer, Account Executive, and Customer Service Representative. Before that, they owned Ink Affliction Decals from 2012 to 2013. Allison also worked as a Senior Graphic Designer at Gilson Graphics - Grand Rapids, MI from 2005 to 2009.

Allison Ferguson attended Ferris State University from 2001 to 2005 and earned a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Design and Visual Communications, General. Prior to their university education, they studied at Mt. Pleasant Public High School.
