Matthew DuBrey has extensive experience in the aviation industry, currently serving as General Manager at United Ground Express since December 2015, with a notable role as Interim General Manager in high-need locations. Responsibilities include overseeing customer service and ramp operations in alignment with United Airlines standards, along with training new hires and seasoned employees as a Corporate Instructor.
