Michelle K. has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Michelle started their career in 1991 as a Partner-Manager at Island Embroidery, where they managed two retail locations, trained employees, and focused on client satisfaction. In 2004, they worked as an Embroidery Division Manager at Community Resources Inc., where they taught developmentally disabled adults work readiness skills. Michelle then transitioned to the NYPD in 2003 as a Police Communications Technician. Michelle joined the United Franchise Group in 2008 and held various roles, including NE Operations Advisor and Senior Operations Advisor, where they focused on driving franchise success and developing brand standards. Michelle'smost recent position at United Franchise Group was as VP of Operations Business Retail Division, responsible for overall direction and evaluation. Throughout their career, Michelle has demonstrated strong leadership, supervisory, and training skills.

Michelle K. has a background in the field of photography and illustration. Michelle attended Art and Design, where they pursued a general degree in these subjects. Additionally, they have also studied English and photography at Queens College. In terms of certifications, Michelle obtained their BASI certification from the Advertising Specialty Institute in January 2013.
