Meghan Fletcher has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Meghan started their career at Enterprise Rent-A-Car, where they worked as a Management Trainee and eventually became a Branch Manager. Following that, they joined SenecaOne Finance as a Senior Client Relationship Manager and later became an Accredited Financial Counselor & Regional Manager.

In 2019, Meghan joined United Franchise Group (UFG) as the Vice President of Operations for the Emerging Brands Division, where they played a significant role in the growth and expansion of the franchising giant. Meghan then transitioned to the role of Vice President & Brand Manager for Resource Operations International, leading business development initiatives and strategic partnerships.

Currently, Meghan is working at United Franchise Group as the Director of Compliance for UFG, responsible for ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and practices across all brands.

Meghan Fletcher attended the University of Delaware from 2006 to 2010, where they completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Fashion Merchandising. During their time at the university, they also pursued a minor in Marketing.
