Heather McLaughlan is an experienced professional in emergency management and health and safety, currently serving as a Health & Safety Specialist and Emergency Response Coordinator at United Farmers of Alberta Co-operative Limited since October 2012. In this role, McLaughlan coordinates emergency management programs across multiple disciplines, acts as a 24/7 Duty Officer, and provides health and safety advisory services for over 40 sites by developing documentation, training, and conducting audits.
