Morgan Hayes has worked in the construction industry since 2010. Morgan began their career as a Professional Intern - Mechanical Engineering at Walt Disney World in 2010. In 2012, they worked as a Project Engineering Intern at W.W. Gay Mechanical Contractors. In 2013, they worked as a Project Engineering Intern at M.M. Parrish Construction Company, and as a Project Management Intern at Brasfield & Gorrie, LLC. From 2014 to 2021, they worked at JE Dunn Construction in various roles, including Senior Project Engineer, Project Engineer, and Field Engineer. Since 2021, they have been a Business Development Manager at United Dwelling, and since 2022, they have been a Construction Consultant at Newbanks, Inc.

Morgan Hayes obtained a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management from the University of Florida in 2014. Additionally, in December 2021, Hayes obtained a Home Improvement Salesperson License from United Dwelling.
