Pam Schaeffer is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in project management, research, and planning within the housing sector. Currently serving as Project Manager for Eviction Diversion and Rental Assistance at United Community Housing Coalition since April 2020, Pam previously held the position of Program Coordinator at Senior Housing Preservation in Detroit and contributed as a Graduate Student Research Assistant at Taubman College of Architecture + Urban Planning, University of Michigan. Pam's research skills were further developed at Capital Impact Partners, where a focus on minimizing displacement in central Detroit was emphasized. With multiple architect roles in various firms and a robust educational background, including a PhD in City/Urban, Community and Regional Planning from the University of Michigan, Pam brings valuable insights and expertise in affordable housing and community development.
