Marcia Walton, MS, is an accomplished Operations Manager at the United Community Center, where Marcia oversees the Human Services Department, focusing on behavioral health treatment since July 2012. With extensive experience in managing daily operations across residential, day treatment, and outpatient services, Marcia has also contributed as an Internal Evaluator for SAMHSA and State of Wisconsin DHS grants. Prior roles include serving as a Community Research Ambassador at Advocate Aurora Health and as an Intake Counselor and Ongoing Case Manager at Children's Wisconsin. Marcia holds a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from Marquette University and a Master's Degree in Human Services, Mental Health Counseling from Springfield College.
