John Daly has extensive experience in laboratory systems and informatics, currently serving as Supervisor of Laboratory Systems and Informatics at the United States Pharmacopeia since October 2014. Daly has held multiple supervisory and specialist roles at US Pharmacopeia since June 2013, showcasing a strong background in IT support, including positions such as Supervisor IT Lab Support and Informatics Specialist III. Prior to this, Daly worked at United Communications Group since 1994, advancing from Helpdesk Specialist to Assistant Manager of the Help Desk. Additional experience includes a Helpdesk Specialist role at CCSi from January 2005 to November 2006, and at The Ballenger Group from July 2003 to January 2005.
