Shuvro Ghose has over 14 years of experience in the banking and customer service sectors. Currently serving as Credit In Charge and Assistant Vice President at United Commercial Bank Limited since September 2009, Shuvro specializes in loan reviewing, monitoring, and cluster management within the Credit Risk Management Division (CRMD). Prior to this role, Shuvro worked as a Customer Care Representative at Citycell from November 2008 to August 2009, focusing on digitization and customer service initiatives. Educational qualifications include an Executive MBA in Business Administration from IBA, University of Dhaka (2012-2013) and multiple degrees in English Literature from Chittagong College, complemented by earlier education in Science from Chittagong Govt High School.
