Mary Perez has extensive experience in alarm monitoring and dispatching, currently serving as an Alarm Dispatcher at United Central Control since May 2022, where responsibilities include monitoring alarms and providing customer service. Prior to this role, Mary worked as a Shopper at Walmart, fulfilling online orders and assisting with customer service and stock management from September 2018 to May 2022. Previous positions also include Dispatcher at the Restaurant Repair Company, and various roles at United Central Control, including Alarm Dispatcher and Alarm and Video Monitoring. Mary began a career in emergency response as a 911 Operator and Police Dispatcher with the San Antonio Police Department. Mary holds a High School Diploma from Theodore Roosevelt High School, obtained in 1985.
