Jean Piwowarczyk is an experienced professional in cargo marketing and product development, currently serving as Sr Manager of Cargo Marketing & eCommerce at United Cargo since December 2015. Prior roles include Program Manager for MileagePlus and Product Development Manager for United Cargo at United Airlines, as well as Web Marketing Manager at Market Day. Jean's career at United Airlines began in January 2003, encompassing roles such as Elite Recognition Manager and Product Manager for United Cargo. A graduate of the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign with a BS in Psychology and holder of a computer science certificate from Northwestern University, Jean has successfully developed new product service parameters for the cargo product line by aligning them with customer expectations and enhancing operational procedures.
