Marni Schroeder has extensive work experience in compliance and organization. Marni is currently serving as the Compliance Director at the International Union, UAW since September 2022. Prior to that, they worked as an Assistant Athletic Director for Compliance at Eastern Michigan University from February 2022 to September 2022, and as the Director of Compliance from November 2021 to February 2022. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Personal Organizer at I've Gotta Get Organized, Inc. Marni also has experience in compliance roles at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and DePaul University. Marni started their career with internships at Loyola University Chicago and The First Tee of West Michigan. Additionally, they worked as a Waitress at Leo's Coney Island from 2007 to 2009.

Marni Schroeder has a diverse educational background. From 2009 to 2013, they attended Grand Valley State University, where they obtained their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Sports Management. Following this, Marni pursued further education at DePaul University College of Law, from 2014 to 2017, earning their Juris Doctor degree in Law.
