Shyla Ayau, MHRM, currently serves as an Account Executive in Sales & Marketing at Old Republic Title since March 2019 and holds the position of Vice President at Kupu A'e Leadership Development since January 2013. Additionally, Shyla is a trained facilitator and authorized partner for "The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team" and a certified facilitator for Everything DiSC, both under Wiley Brands. Previous experience includes customer service roles at United Ground Express and Delta Global Services, as well as administrative positions with the Kauai Fire Department and various county elections divisions. Shyla's educational background includes a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix, a Master's in Human Resources Management from the University of Hawaii at Manoa, a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from the University of Hawaii-West Oahu, and an Associate of Science from Hawaii Community College.
