Jay Ahuja is an experienced Product Manager specializing in Lobby Experience at United Airlines, with a background in Customer Experience (CX) research. Previous roles include Manager and Senior CX Researcher, as well as positions in UX research at StockX and UL. Jay has also contributed to academia as a Guest Lecturer in UX Research at North Central College and as an Advisor at the University of Washington, where a Master of Human-Computer Interaction + Design was pursued. In addition, Jay is currently completing a Certificate in Human-Computer Interaction at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering with a concentration in Neural Engineering from the University of Illinois Chicago.
