Kelvin Boatner is an experienced professional with a diverse background in human resources, talent strategy, and operational management. Currently serving as Employee Relations Director and Director of Talent Strategy at Unite Us since May 2021, Kelvin previously held the position of Director of Human Resources at Arsco Custom Metals from December 2018 to May 2021. Kelvin's career also includes significant roles at GE Aviation, where responsibilities included Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and Senior Material Fulfillment Manager, and a robust eight-year tenure as a Naval Officer in the US Navy, focusing on leadership and management in various operational and engineering contexts. Kelvin holds an M.B.A. from the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the United States Naval Academy.
