J-J de Roover is an experienced professional in user experience (UX) and digital strategy, currently serving as Director of UX at Unite Us since January 2022. As the Founder and Principal of Parenthetical Design LLC since July 2011, J-J oversees furniture/product design and web development projects. Prior roles include Senior Product Manager at CO-OP Financial Services, Digital Strategy Director and Director of Online Banking & Marketing Technology at Connexus Credit Union, and Supervisor of Web Development at Eastbay, Inc. J-J has a background in web development and project management, with previous experience as a Technical Director at Northwestern University and in trauma case data management at Aspirus. J-J holds a B.S. in Industrial Design from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
