Hayley Morris is an experienced professional in community engagement and customer success, currently serving as Associate Director of Customer & Community Success at Unite Us since October 2020. In this role, Hayley contributes to building coordinated care networks that address various health determinants. Previously, Hayley held positions as Community Engagement Manager and ReStore Volunteer Manager at Richmond Metropolitan Habitat for Humanity from June 2017 to October 2020, working to ensure everyone has a decent place to live. Earlier experiences include management consulting and leadership roles at Ten Thousand Villages US, where responsibilities spanned strategic planning, operations, and volunteer management. Hayley’s career began at Artisans' Hope and included sales management roles at Gift & Thrift and Made By Hand, International Co-op. Hayley holds a degree in Justice Studies with a concentration in Social Justice from James Madison University.
