Bridget Netter

Senior Vice President at UNITE-LA

Bridget Netter has a diverse work experience spanning over 30 years. Bridget currently holds the position of Senior Vice President at UNITE-LA since May 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Vice President at the same company from February 2020 to June 2022.

Before joining UNITE-LA, Bridget worked at UNITE LA, an affiliate of the LA Area Chamber of Commerce, for a significant period of time. Bridget served as the Director of Business Education Partnerships from January 2014 to February 2020. In this role, they were responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships and programs that supported education and workforce development initiatives. Bridget focused on increasing the talent pipeline and improving education attainment and employment opportunities for young adults.

Prior to their role as Director, Bridget also held the position of Program Manager at UNITE LA from June 1999 to January 2014. Here, they oversaw the Diamond Club concierge services for major investors and collaborated closely with all divisions of the Chamber to implement member programs and provide excellent customer service.

In addition, Bridget has experience as a Strategic Consultant for Pillar, a partnership between the LA Area Chamber of Commerce and the Los Angeles Unified School District. During their time from June 2009 to January 2014, they cultivated relationships with businesses, industry groups, nonprofits, and community-based organizations to support small schools and learning communities within LAUSD.

Bridget's early experience includes working as an Executive Sales Associate at Allstate Insurance Agency from September 1991 to August 1997.

Overall, Bridget Netter has demonstrated a strong commitment to education and workforce development throughout their career, holding various leadership positions to support these initiatives.

Bridget Netter attended Miami Dade College from 1985 to 1987, where they earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Mass Communication/Media Studies. Following this, they pursued further education at Florida International University from 1989 to 1991, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Communications.
