Ellen Honza has extensive experience in operations management, currently serving as the Operations Manager at UNITE HERE Local 11 since April 2003. Prior to this role, Ellen held a position at the Archdiocese of Los Angeles from 1987 to 2001, contributing valuable skills and leadership in a previous capacity.
