Wazhma Omar is a compliance officer at UNITE Global AS since March 2022, with previous experience as a senior operational risk specialist at BNP Paribas Securities Services from November 2017 to February 2021, where Wazhma also held roles as an operational risk specialist and a junior specialist in operational risk. Wazhma worked as a compliance operations specialist III at MoneyGram International from May 2016 to November 2017 and completed an internship at the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan in Poland in mid-2014. Wazhma holds a master's degree in international business from the University of Warsaw, obtained between 2016 and 2018, as well as a bachelor's degree in business administration and management from the same institution, completed in 2016.
