Maria Monica, Assoc CIPD, has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Human Resources Officer at Unitaid since January 2015. Key responsibilities include managing recruitment processes, overseeing onboarding programs, ensuring compliance with performance management, and analyzing HR data for senior leadership.
