Sara Portell currently serves as VP of User Experience at Unit4, where strategic leadership involves aligning UX strategy and operations with business goals, alongside revitalizing the UX vision and team organization. Previous experience includes founding member of Chief, Head of International User Research at Shopify, and Director of International UX Research at Expedia Group, where Sara managed global research teams and developed international research strategies. An educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Behavioral Sciences from The London School of Economics, an Executive Programme in Digital Innovation & Transformation from Cambridge Judge Business School, and an ongoing PhD in Psychology focused on Emotions and Wellbeing.
