Keith Carter, MBA, MPM, MISM, PMP, serves as the Director & Practice Lead of North America (Higher Education) at Unit4 since December 2020, having previously held the role of Senior Program Manager at the same company. With a strong background in higher education, Keith has successfully led the first go-live of Unit4's Student Management software in North America and developed a custom Program Management Information System. Prior experience includes roles such as Vice President of Operations and Professor at World Changers Higher Education, where strategic planning and business process optimization were key responsibilities, and various leadership positions at organizations like IBOX Global and Comcast. Keith holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and multiple master's degrees in business and project management from various institutions.
