Pallab Das has accumulated a solid work experience in the financial sector, starting as a Sales Development Manager at HDFC Life in 2010. Pallab then moved on to roles as a Relationship Manager at Axis Mutual Fund in 2013, and at Reliance Mutual Fund in 2014. Currently, they hold the position of Associate Vice President-S&D at UTI Mutual Fund since December 2017.

Pallab Das completed a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) in Accountancy at North Orissa University from 2002 to 2005. Subsequently, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Marketing & Finance at Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Odisha from 2006 to 2008.
