Arvind Patkar is the Company Secretary of UTI Asset Management Company Limited. He holds a B.Com and LL.B degree from Rani Durgavati Vishwavidyalaya, Jabalpur. He is also an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He joined the Company with effect from April 2, 2008 and was appointed as the Company Secretary of the Company with effect from December 16, 2019.
