James Carter has extensive work experience in various managerial roles. James started their career at Cabela's as a Senior Operations Manager from 2005 to 2009. From there, they worked at The Mercantile Farm and Ranch as a District Manager from 2008 to 2010. Later, they joined Sioux Steel Company as a Territory Manager from 2010 to 2011. James then moved on to Dura Life as a Territory Manager/Business Development Manager from 2011 to 2014. In 2014, they became the U.S. Sales Manager at Sioux Steel Company. Most recently, they have taken on the role of CEO at Unit Liner Company starting in April 2018.
