Prior experience includes roles as Smart City Expert at IC and Technical Director at a Development Company, alongside project management positions at Kaskad. Early career included key account management at VPC and national implementation management at Nokia Siemens Networks. Alexander holds a Master's degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from State University Communication Technologies and a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering from Kiev Telecommunications College.
