Peggy Karaviti has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Peggy started their career as an IT/Web Accessibility and Usability Consultant at ICS-FORTH where they designed and developed websites for people with disabilities. Peggy then moved on to the Greek Research and Technology Network (GRNET) where they served as a Helpdesk Coordinator and Deputy Helpdesk Manager, providing support to students and suppliers during the student subsidy program.

At TEI of Athens, Peggy worked as an IT Consultant and Web Accessibility - Usability Expert, where they provided consultancy services and training on web accessibility principles enforcement. Peggy also implemented code changes to improve accessibility in dynamic environments like portals and e-learning platforms.

Peggy joined Uni Systems in 2008 and took on various roles within the company. Peggy worked as a BD/IT Consultant in the EU Business Unit, where they were involved in tendering preparation and EuropeAid applications for the company. Peggy also served as a Project Manager Assistant and Project Coordinator for public sector projects, including the Third Community Support Framework and the National Citizens' Data Record Project.

In their most recent role at Uni Systems, Peggy worked as a Senior Contract Support Officer in the International Business Unit, where they facilitated project managers in large-scale IT projects.
