Neetika Vardhan started their work experience in 2007 as a Software Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services, where they worked until 2011. Neetika then moved to IBM in 2011, where they held the position of Senior Software Engineer until 2017. In 2017, Neetika joined UniSuper as a Data Test Specialist, and their employment there continues to the present day.

Neetika Vardhan graduated from BIT Mesra Student-Industry Relations Cell in 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Computer Application degree. Neetika then pursued their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Human Resources Management and Services from Sikkim Manipal University - Distance Education, completing it in 2012.

In terms of additional certifications, Neetika Vardhan received the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft in August 2020. Additionally, they obtained a Green belt certification from Six Sigma, although specific information regarding the month and year of acquisition is not provided.
